Tomé curso de chocolatería con el Chef Jesús González, muy interesante curso, buena explicación y apoyo del Chef, buen trato, también tomé curso de crossaint, chocolatín y rol con el Chef Jorge Gil, muy bien explicado,estuvo al pendiente de cada alumno, muy atento, recomiendo mucho el instituto.??? Sugerencia, otro curso de chocolate más enfocado a postres de chocolate, como brownie, pastel de chocolate o galletas de chocolate, en el que tomé aprendí a preparar bombones, trufas, temperado importante para hacer figuras de chocolate y es otro mundo, muy padre.
